Are you looking for a day to remember? Well, here is our little guide to a 4-day vacation and routes not to be missed!

Day 1: Sorrento

Dedicate the first day to arriving in Sorrento and visiting this beautiful town overlooking the Gulf of Naples.

To get immediately into the local spirit, I suggest you go and visit a lemon garden!

So spend the afternoon walking through the alleys of Sorrento and don't miss the Cloister of San Francesco and the sensational sunset view from the viewpoint of the Villa Comunale.

 
Day 2: Positano and Praiano

Dedicate the day to discover Positano which is about 30 minutes from Sorrento.
In Positano you cannot miss:

- The panorama from above going up the alleys
- Stroll through the alleys between art galleries and boutiques
- See Positano from the large beach and take a swim
- Visit the Church of Santa Maria Assunta (the church with the majolica dome)
- See the Torre Trasita while walking along the small panoramic road
- Relax on the Fornillo beach

Then head from Positano to Praiano. Along the road there is a truly picturesque kiosk: it is Salvatore's kiosk which has been selling top quality lemon and orange juices for years and which immortalizes travelers in front of its artfully decorated kiosk. Salvatore's pitch is also the most panoramic point from which to see Positano from afar and, if the day is clear, even the stacks of Capri in the background!

Day 3: Amalfi - Atrani - Ravello - Minori

This is a rather intense day but full of emotions. Head to Amalfi in the morning and explore the corso and its waterfront. Then visit the Cathedral of Sant’Andrea and the Cloister of Paradise, unrivaled medieval masterpieces!

Walk towards Atrani, there is just a curve after Amalfi and it is the smallest town in Italy, a truly picturesque corner not to be missed!

After discovering Amalfi, head to Ravello which, slightly higher, enjoys a simply unique panorama. The center is quieter and characterized by stone alleys, small boutiques and wonderful villas.

Absolutely unmissable is Villa Cimbrone with the Infinity Terrace. As soon as you cross the threshold you will feel like you have landed in a corner of paradise. The ancient villa with inlays, the lush gardens where flowers, plants and pergolas alternate and the sensational sea view are a dream mix. The Infinity Terrace is the spearhead of this place, overlooking the blue, with classic busts, flowers and a breathtaking view of the cliffs.

Villa Rufolo is the other pearl of Ravello with its famous gardens with spectacular views. To see both villas and the town, however, it is necessary to dedicate a whole day to Ravello. Evaluate according to the time available; my favorite is Villa Cimbrone.

 
Day 4: Departure and suggestions

The last day is dedicated to departure but if you have the morning at your disposal or additional days I recommend that you go to the discovery of other picturesque villages on the coast with breathtaking views such as Cetara, Vietri, Massa Lubrense, Vico Equense, Nerano. To see a splendid panorama at sunset, choose Termini or Punta Campanella from which you can see the sun setting over Capri.

If you have one more day I recommend you to walk the Path of the Gods from Agerola to Positano.
